Account Age Requirement
You must be 18 or older to open an account. We verify this during signup to comply with local regulations in supported Indonesian regions.
One Account Per Person
Each person can hold only one active account. Duplicate accounts are closed, and funds are returned to the original payment method used.
Deposit & Withdrawal Limits
Daily and monthly limits apply to protect your account. You can adjust these limits in your Settings, and changes take effect after 24 hours.

Yes. Go to Settings > Payment Methods and add or remove DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS accounts. Changes take effect immediately for new transactions. Existing pending withdrawals use the method you selected originally.

Your daily withdrawal limit is set in Settings and defaults to a reasonable amount. You can increase or decrease it anytime, but changes take 24 hours to activate for security reasons.

We investigate disputes within 14 business days and notify you of the outcome by email. If we find an error on our side, we correct it immediately. If the transaction was valid, we explain why.
